Ebert, Ida #2 (18 MAR 1894 - 1 FEB 1961)
Mrs. William Ebert, 66, of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), suffered a fatal heart attack in the Marshfield Clinic lobby about 2:45 o’clock Wednesday, while registering there as a patient. Several staff physicians attended her immediately and attempted resuscitation before pronouncing her dead.
The former Ida Dins was born in the town of Colby, March 18, 1894. She was married in 1919 at Colby to William Ebert who survives her. They farmed in the town of Colby until 1945, when they moved into the city. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and its Sewing Circle and Ladies’ Aid Society.
Other survivors are a son, Robert, and a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence (Inez) Koffarnus, both of Wausau; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Wiersig and Mrs. Emma Staffeil, both of Colby; and four grandchildren.
