Nick, Sandi Sue (20 January 1947 - 3 January 2011)

 

Sandi Sue (Glanzman) Nick, 63, of Mondovi went home to be with our Lord Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, in Mondovi.

 

She was born Jan. 20, 1947, in Mondovi, to Hilmer and Dorothy (Sather) Glanzman. She graduated from the Gilmanton High School in 1965 and from the Eau Claire School of Cosmetology in 1966.  She enjoyed more than 40 years of service in the hair and beauty industry.  Sandi married Bob Nick Aug. 30, 1969, at Zion Lutheran Church of Mondovi.

 

Sandi will be dearly missed by her husband Bob; two daughters of Greenville, CA, Heidi (Jacob) Nagy and Kendra (Nathan) Reece; one son of Whie, GA, Joshua (Heather) Nick; seven grandchildren, Dylan, Adelaide, Lilly, Oliver, Elias, Henry, Alessandra; eight siblings, Gail (Craig) Carlson, Kristi (Randy) Sipe, Sam (Kristi) Glanzman, Heidi (Don) Stuck, Joy (Mike) Fehrenkamp, Jim Glanzman, Rick (Kris) Glanzman and Beth (Steve) Hoffman; also by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

 

Sandi was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Mark an Dean Glanzman.

 

Memorial services for Sandi were held Friday, Jan. 7, at 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Mondovi, with Pastor Norman Ruthenback officiating.  A memorial visitation was held Thursday, Jan. 6, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Poeschel-Talbot Funeral Home in Mondovi and then again one hour prior to the service at the church.
