Underwood, Connie J. (1959? - 24 FEB 1961)
Connie Jane Underwood, 15-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Underwood, town of Holton, died Feb 24, 1961 at the Medford Hospital, following a week’s illness.
Funeral services were held at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church at Milan the following Tuesday and burial was made in the church cemetery. Roger Schultz, Larry Underwood and Verlyn and Verne Wittlinger, cousins of the baby, were pallbearers.
Surviving besides her parents are four brothers, Virgil, Duane, Darrel and Randy; a sister, Sharon, all of home; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Morgan Underwood, Medford; Mr. and Mrs. William Denzin, Phillips; great-grandmothers Mrs. Amelia Denzin, East Troy; Mrs. Anna Jacobi, Loyal; and Mrs. Bertha Rasmussen of Medford.
