Bloom, Debra D. (Birth - 29 MAR 1961)
A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bloom of West Bend, March 29, 1961. She weighed nine and one-half pounds and was named Debra Dorothy. The blooms have two other daughters and two sons. Mrs. Bloom is the former Betty Koerner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Koerner. Mrs. Koerner was at West Bend for two weeks helping in the care of the family.
