Weideman, Joanne (17 JUN 1961)
Miss Joanne Weideman and Gilbert Kunze were united in marriage Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the rectory of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Raymond B. Schulz officiated.
The bride is the daughter of henry Weideman and the late Mrs. Weideman, and the groom is the son of Joe Kunze and the late Mrs. Kunze.
Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kulas, brother-in-law and sister of the groom.
For her wedding, the bride chose a street length dress of pink chiffon over taffeta with a lace jacket. Her matron of honor wore a light green street length dress of net over taffeta. Both wore white accessories and had shoulder corsages of red garnet roses and white carnations.
Mr. and Mrs. Kunze are making their home in the upstairs apartment of the home of her grandmother, Mrs. August Weideman on Second and Cedar Streets. Mr. Kunze is employed as a trucker.
The bride is a graduate of the Abbotsford High School.
