NEILLSVILLE -- Ethel Lindekugel, 86, of Neillsville died
Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at the Neillsville Care and Rehabilitation
Center under the care of Ministry Home Care
Hospice.
Ethel
Leah Hamann was born Nov. 4, 1924, in North Dakota, the daughter of
Otto and Elma (Hutchins) Hamann. The family moved to Riplinger when
she was an infant, and farmed in the town of Unity. She was united
in marriage to Harold Lindekugel in Loyal on June 28, 1944. In
1967, she went to work in the Food Service Department at Memorial
Hospital in Neillsville and worked there until 1986, when she
retired.
She is
survived by her children, Kenneth (Susan) Lindekugel of Wausau, Kay
(Mark) Lemke of Madison, Sandra (Kelly) Aderhold of Neillsville and
Wayne Lindekugel of St. Paul, Minn.; six grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
Ethel
was preceded in death by her husband,
Harold.
Funeral
services for Ethel will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John's
Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville. Interment will be in
the Neillsville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to
11 a.m. Friday at the
church.
