Dolores G. Wisneski, 47, Marshfield, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, after battling cancer. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 2, at Remb/Kundinger Funeral Home, Marshfield. The Rev. Charles D. Stoetzel officiated. Burial was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield. Pallbearers were Kurt Post, Kory Schreiner, Jason Strupp, Eric Luepke, Tyler Esser, Dustin Buse, Ryan Sampson and Jordao Vogel Honorary pallbearers were Lukas Post and Jackson Post.

 

Dolores G. Strupp was born Aug. 17, 1956, in Marshfield, to Lawrence and Helen (nee Kohlbeck) Strupp. She attended St. John’s Parochial School, Marshfield, Marshfield Junior High School, and was a 1975 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. After her education, she was employed at Weyerhaeuser Company, Marshfield, until March 1976. She then was employed at Land O’Lakes, Spencer, until her death. Her interests included spending time with her family, shopping, snowmobiling, looking at wildlife, animals, collecting angels, the Green Bay Packers, and her weekend at the cabin in Hayward.

 

Survivors include her husband, Patrick Wisneski, Marshfield; one son, Nicholas Wisneski, Marshfield; seven sisters, Anna (Ken) Post, Marshfield, Helen (Mark) Toelle, Marshfield, Saron (Bob) Schreiner, Marshfield, Kathy (Al) Seehafer, Marshfield, Shirley (Mark) Sampson, Spencer, Rose (Tom) Esser, Marshfield, and Dawn (David) Buse, Spencer; three brothers, Matthew (Gloria) Strupp, Hewitt, David (Barb) Strupp, Marshfield, and Norbert "Nub" (fiancée, Tammy) Strupp, Marshfield; her mother-in-law, Sarah Miller, Wisconsin Rapids; one sister-in-law, Mary (Steve) Schiferl, Marshfield; many nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and nephews; and many friends.

 

Preceding her in death were her parents and one great-niece.

 

Remb/Kundinger Funeral Home, Marshfield, assisted the family with arrangements.
