Bovee, Son (accidental shooting death - ? Dec 1913)

The dead body of the 12-year-old son of Len Bovee of Fairchild was found at the foot of a big stump, his 22-caliber rifle beside him.  He had been shot in the abdomen.  The boy had been hunting.

It is supposed that he was trying to climb the stump and that the gun was accidentally discharged.

As the result of trying to load his 22-caliber rifle while riding in a wagon, Irwin Wagner, aged 16, son of D.J. Wagner, of Fall City, will probably die with a bullet wound in his stomach.
