Radeztsky, Mrs. Germaine (9 SEP 1961)
Mrs. Germaine Radeztsky of Colby and Frank Pecher of Abbotsford were married Saturday, Sept. 9, 1961, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at Colby. The Rev. Jon Pinlan performed the ceremony before the nuptial mass at 9 o’clock.
Attending the couple were the groom’s son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Kulas.
For her wedding, the bride chose a blue lace dress and her matron of honor was attired in a rose colored lace dress. Both wore beige accessories. Red roses and white carnations were combined in the bride’s corsage and red roses and blue carnations were used in her attendant’s.
Dinner was served at St. Mary’s gymnasium to the immediate family, after which a reception was held at the home of Mr. Pecher. In the evening, a wedding dance was held at Cherokee Hall.
Guests attending the wedding came from Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Colby, Abbotsford, Athens and Curtiss.
Mr. and Mrs. Pecher are making their home in Abbotsford on Highway 29 east. Mr. Pecher is a carpenter.
