O’Brien, Anna (8 August 1882 –29 January 1961)
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral home for Mrs. Anna O’Brien, 78, Springfield, Ore., a former Clark County resident, who died Friday in Springfield. The Rev. Frank B. Harcey officiated. Burial made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Mrs. O’Brien, the former Anna Krejci, was born August 8, 1882, in Clark County, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Krejci. She was educated in the county schools and on June 6, 1904, was married to William O’Brien in Neillsville.
Following her marriage they farmed in the Town of York and in 1923 moved to Neillsville. Since 1938 she has made her home with her children. In 1958 she moved with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Sischo, to Springfield, Ore.
She is survived by three children: Mrs. Lyle (Beatrice) Sischo, Springfield, Ore.; Mrs. Clare (Genevieve) Marshall, Minneapolis, Minn.; and Harold (Bud) O’Brien, Milwaukee.

Pallbearers were: Wayne Potter, Frank Zickert, B. J. Haas, William Neville, Jr., Oscar DeMert and Frank Luck. Wilfred Galstad sang, "Beautiful River" and "The Old Rugged Cross" accompanied by Kathleen Galstad.
People from away here for the services were: Mrs. Lyle Sischo, Springfield, Ore.; Mr. and Mrs. Clare Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Marshall and Cindy, and Bonnie O’Brien all of Minneapolis, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Harold O’Brien, Jerry, Eugene and Jack, Milwaukee; William O’Brien, Black River Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Holt, Donald Holt, Mrs. Frank Kaczor and son, all of Greenwood; Mrs. Merton Holt, and Mrs. Ethel Holt, Granton.
