Levis Township (26 January –1961)

 

Mrs. Alice Mazola entertained Sunday in honor of the birthday of her daughter, Janet. Those attending were: Dolly Vandeberg, Karen and LaVon Bryan, Patsy and Beverly Honzik and Beverly Schoenherr.

 

Mrs. Elmer Dodmead entered Memorial Hospital Wednesday for surgery.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gilbert spent the weekend in Menasha visiting three of their children and their families: Norman, Robert and Mrs. Gene Hafe.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Genteman of McKinley, Ill., visited last weekend at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Genteman, Sr.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Scholze and girls, Mrs. Hattie Meier and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schutte and Rory visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Schutte.

 

Mrs. Hattie Meier spent several days recently at the home of Lena Seidleman while she was in Chicago attending the funeral of her brother.

 

Frank Mazola who is employed in Chicago, and Richard spent the weekend at his home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. George St. John and baby of Owen visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bush.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Anderson visited last Thursday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Louie Lautenbach.  Mr. and Mrs. Guy Schultz visited there Friday afternoon, and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Holub visited there Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Louie Lautenbach and John Wildish visited Friday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Holub.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Havlicek and daughter were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Vetrone.  It was the Vetrone’s 13th wedding anniversary.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hohenstein and family of Janesville visited last weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Havlicek.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harley Miller and girls were Sunday dinner guests at (missing sentence).
