Pine Valley Township (23 February 1961)
Hilltop Homemakers club was to meet Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Fred Appleyard, with Mrs. Bob Mitte presenting the project on "Curtains and Drapes."
Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Marg and sons were supper guests at the Ed Marg home last Thursday evening.
Mrs. Herbert Bardeleben, whose husband is a patient in the Veterans Hospital at Madison, reports he is considerably improved.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jonkel and son of White Fish, Mont. are spending a week with his mother, Mrs. Tom Yndogliato. Visitors there last weekend included Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sollberger, Mrs. Murel Mott, Mrs. George Kopp, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Liskow, Mr. and Mrs. George Poertner and Sarah and Ronnie.
Mrs. George Church is expected home February 22 or 23 from Sabina Pass, Tex., where she visited her sister, Mrs. Jack Desorneaux.
Mrs. Murel Mott is home again following a few days as a patient in Memorial Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ackerman, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Wold and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Kalsow were dinner and supper guests at the Marvin Anderegg home in Loyal Sunday.
