Fradenburg, George Henry (12 March 1878 - 5 March 1961)
George Henry Fradenburg, 82, Willard, died Sunday in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. Services were to be conducted Wednesday from the Humbird Methodist Church. Burial was to be made in the Mentor Cemetery, near Humbird.
Mr. Fradenburg was born March 12, 1878, in Illinois. When he was a year old he came with his parents to Clark County. The family located on a farm in the Town of Mentor. He was educated in the Humbird schools, worked out as a young man, and later was engaged in farming. For the last 20 years he made his home on Rt. 1, Willard.
His marriage to the former Cyphia Lightfoot took place in Fairchild in 1902. She died in 1904. On September 26, 1906, he was married to Mary Walker in Fairchild.
Surviving are three children: Mrs. Leon (Irene) Philips, Goshen, Ind.; Abram Fradenburg Willard; and William Fradenburg, Goshen, Ind. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Raymond (Nina) Stuve of Humbird; two brothers, Peter and Archie Fradenburg, both of Humbird; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville.
