Ramminger, Ida (19 March 1910 - 2 March 1961)
Funeral services were held in Owen March 6, for Mrs. Ida Gayken Ramminger, 50, who died there March 2. The Rev. J. R. Stone officiated, and burial was made in Pine Hill Cemetery at Curtiss.
Pallbearers were: Ed Krause, Solomon Krause, Walter Lipprandt, Herman Klocke, L. and R. Klementson.
The daughter of Minnie Aldinger and Weert Gayken, Mrs. Ramminger was born March 19, 1910, in Britt, Ia. She married Lee S. Bowen of Curtiss in 1942, and was married to John Ramminger at Dorchester, in 1951.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children: Dale Bowen of Milwaukee, Denny Bowen of Madison, Mrs. Russel (Idelle) Myre of Tomahawk, and Jackie at home. Also surviving are three brothers, and a sister, Clifford Gayken of Superior, Sylvester Gayken and Lee Gayken of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Frank (Frances) Peissig of Curtiss. Four grandchildren also survive.
