Brechlin, Mr./Mrs. Gust (Gold - 11 SEP 1962)

Mr. and Mrs. Gust Brechlin of Abbotsford observed their golden wedding anniversary the weekend before last with all their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren present.

Gust Brechlin and the former Emma Paul were married at Dorchester on Sept. 11, 1912.  They operated a farm west of Stetsonville for a number of years and then moved  to Stetsonville.  They came to Abbotsford in 1951.

Guests here that weekend for the observance were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Brechlin and daughters, nancy and Edith, and Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Brechlin and daughters, Caren and Sharon, all of Evanston, Ill.; Miss Nancy Brechlin began nurses training at Deaconess Hospital at Park Ridge, Ill., Monday.

Guests Sept. 10 were Alma Altoff and Lillian Olson of Evanston, and Luella Grosskreutz of Wausau.

Dinner guests Sept. 11, were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Brechlin of Dorchester; Mrs. George Hoff and Mr. and Mrs. George Empey, Abbotsford.
