Hegenbarth, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin (40^th - 28 February 1961)

Three of their four daughters and their families and other relative and friends were present for the celebration of the 40^th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hegenbarth Sunday.

The daughters and their families who were present were: Mr. and Mrs. Maurice (Esther) Nielsen, Harold and Carmen, of Oregon; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin (Catherine) Karlen, Randy, Terry and Pamela of Stanley; Mr. and Mrs. Ronald (Leona) Tieman and Carol of Greenwood.

Another daughter, Mrs. Donald (Minerva) Sorenson, her husband and sons, Dennis and Keith of Milwaukee, could not be present.

The Hegenbarths, who were married February 28, 1921, received many gifts, flowers, telephone calls and other congratulatory messages.  Among the gifts were flowers and a corsage from Hawaii, sent by friends.

Other relatives and friends attending the celebration were: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Konkl, Jennings Hegenbarth, Mr. and Mrs. Oswald Hegenbarth and daughter, Bernadette, all of Rice Lake; Miss Carolyn Ferguson of Oregon; and the Rev. Arvid Myhrwold and children, Debra, Peter, Kristine and Frieda, of Greenwood.
