Huth, Frances J. (10 JUN 1914 - 22 JUL 1997)

Sherwood--Frances Jessie (St. John) Huth, 83, Neillsville, formerly of Sherwood, died July 22, 1997, at Memorial Nursing Home in Neillsville.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sherwood.  Burial will be in the town of Sherwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Gesche Funeral Home and again from 9:30 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

She was born June 10, 1914 in Brodhead.  She farmed and ran a foster home for the state.

She is survived by two daughters, Nela Stacy of New Mexico and Sharon (Joe) Wolk of Thorp; three sons, Gene Huth of Granton, John (Mary) Huth of DePere and Bernard Huth of Granton; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lenard (Ruth) St. John  of Holiday, Fla.
