Granton, Wisconsin (13 April 1961)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Spry and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Spry returned home Saturday from an 11-week tour of Mexico and parts of the United States. They covered 10,000 miles.

 

At Mesa, Ariz., they visited with the Merton Davis and J. V. Young families, and with Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Van Gorden of Neillsville, who were vacationing in Arizona.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hoeft and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kurth spent the weekend in Minneapolis, Minn., and attended the sport show and the Ice Follies.

 

The Granton Happy Homemakers will meet this (Thursday) afternoon at the home of Mrs. Ray Nowack.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hohenstein visited Saturday with his mother, Mrs. Ollie Poler.  Mrs. William Ottow of Neillsville visited there Sunday.

 

Miss Marie Hoeft and Jerry Hanson attended the Ice Follies in Minneapolis, Minn., Saturday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Fields were Sunday visitors at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rueben Fields, in Sherwood.
