Brown, Mr./Mrs. Charley (57^th - 1 JAN 1963)

The 57^th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Brown was celebrated at a dinner at their home on New Year’s Day.

Present were Mr. and Mrs. William Gaeis and David and Joann of rural Spencer; Miss Mary Mohn of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Kuehling and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Gaetz and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hansman, all of Unity; and Mr. and Mrs. Darnell Schoelzel and family of Colby.

The Browns have two children, Mrs. William (Myrtle) Gaetz of Spencer and Richard Brown, at home.  There are six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Brown has one brother living at Menomonee, Mich., and a sister, Mildred Cornell of Waupun.  Mrs. Brown has a brother, Ray Moore of Port Edwards, and three sisters.  They are Mrs. Joseph Hart, Stevens Point, Mrs. Charles  (the rest of my copy was unreadable)
