Weston Township (13 April 1961)
Fred Siglin, 93, underwent surgery for the setting of his fractured left hip in Memorial Hospital Friday. A silver pin was used. He fell in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Howard Clawson, February 28 and has been in a hospital since.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Boge and family visited Kathy, Patricia and Jeanette in Marshfield Sunday. Gene and Jerry of DePere joined them.
Weekend visitors at the Frederick Grap, Sr. home included Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grap, Jr. and daughters of Adell, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sladek of Marshfield and Louis Grap of Milwaukee.
The Globe mothers Club will meet April 20. Fairview mothers will meet April 21.
The Globe homemakers Club will meet April 20 at the home of Mrs. William Schultz.
Mr. and Mrs. George Cowell and family of Waterville, Ia., visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Clawson, last weekend. The Cowells are former residents of Weston.
