Where is the fellow who said Florida had come to Clark Co.? Ask Bill Plummer if he thinks so these days, making two trips hauling wood. He has learned to wear a horse blanket like a Sioux Indian.
The birthday party for little Rex Krejci Saturday night was well attended and a fine time was reported.
Mrs. Frank Greeler returned from her visit at Beaver Dam Saturday.
Miss Ellen Miller is taking a rest at the home farm after trimming a long time.
Mrs. W.K. Graves was happily surprised by a visit from her father. He came Monday from Dodge County.
John Kubat took a calf to town Monday.
E. Winkleman is having dental work done.
Guy Snyder took hay to town Monday.
Will O’Brien bought a large hog from Will Hurlbert last week.
Several chimneys took it upon themselves to burn out Sunday night. Among them were chimneys at Mr. Burdett’s, Trimberger’s and Perk Cross’.
