Hobbs, Ernest (new pop machine and expansion of restaurant - 1914)
Ernest Hobbs has built a new cement floored addition to his restaurant and has installed a complete set of machinery for making pop and carbonated waters. His carbonator is operated by gasoline engine and his capper and entire outfit is brand new. He expects to devote most of his time to the bottling works and will go after business in adjoining towns.
