Boettcher, Louise (10 OCT 1895 - 16 JUN 1955)

 

Miss Louise Boettcher, 60, died in a hospital at Madison at 7:45 Thursday evening.  Death followed a short illness.

 

She is survived by two brothers, Albert, on the home farm, and Max of Sugar Grove, Ill.; and two sisters, Miss Minnie Boettcher, at home, and Mrs. John (Martha) Luther, Wausau.  A sister, Mary, died in December 1951.

 

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Riplinger and its Pastor, the Rev. Paul Mall, officiated at the funeral services which were held at the Myre Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Monday.

 

Pallbearers were Charles Cook, George Brenner, Walter Drake, Charles Porter, Ben Clouse and Fred Sell.

 

Mrs. Romaine Rossow sang "Rock of Ages" and "Abide with Me."  Miss Margaret Ann Rottjer was organist.

 

Relatives from away who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. John Luther, Wausau; and Max Boettcher, Sugar Grove, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Luther, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jergens, Mr. and Mrs. William Able and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Helmke, all of Park Falls.
