Mr. Binning's brother of Unity visited them Sunday.

John Stafford and wife visited Hugh Shanks Sunday.

Chas. Anderson lost a valuable two-year-old colt last week.

Chas. Nelson's family moved into their new house this week just east of Warner's corners.

Mrs. Van Alstine's brother from Omro, Wis., has been visiting her.

Mrs. Perry Palmer is spending the week with her parents south of town.

Saturday evening, July 6th, Lynn Jaseph of Green Bay will deliver a speech on socialism at the school house. Mr. Jaseph will be remembered as the pedagogue here in 1900-01 and is at present a prominent lawyer of Green Bay.

Mabel Moore will leave here some time this month for Oklahoma where she has accepted a position in the auditing department of the Pioneer Nurseries of Shuanee & Asher. Her many friends here will be sorry to see her go as she will no doubt be hone for some years, she having signed a three year's contract with the company.

There was a good deal of interest manifested in school affairs at the meeting Monday evening and a full set of officers elected. The clerk, S.J.  Smith, resigned and Mr. Duge was elected instead. For treasurer Chas. Varney was re-elected and Perry Palmer was elected director in place of M. J. Anderson who was finishing out the term since Richard Einfeldt resigned. The clerk's salary was raised to $1.
