Mrs. Waseca returned from Butternut last Friday.
Harry Tupper is doing some grading on the Farning Road
Jas. Syth, the weed commissioner, was seen on our street yesterday.
Joe Sussa has the trees all pulled and down and will soon be ready for the road grader.
Miss Genevieve Ackerman visited Nettie Zaffke and Cynthia Varney the latter part of the week.
Mr. and Mrs. Ell Aikins and sons Al, John and Verne with their families all dined at Will Aikins July 4th and had bear meat for dinner that some of one the old gentleman had caught in a trap a few days before.
Sanford Lightfoot of Fairchild was a caller at the Palmer house between trains July 4th.
Mrs. Arnold and little Kenneth visited Mrs. Gruwell over Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Daugherty and Leta of Spencer are visiting Mrs. Daughterty's mother, Mrs. Limprecht.
Dale and Everett Varney are visiting their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Van Airsdale at Saxville.
John Syth and mother visited Hugh Shanks last Wednesday afternoon.
Ralph Varney of Oshkosh visited his brothers last week.
