Feuerstein, Kathryn M. (Marriage - 3 June 1961)

 

Wedding vows were exchanged June 3, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville uniting in marriage Kathryn M. Feuerstein, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Feuerstein of Neillsville, and John C. Negaard, Stevens Point, son of Mrs. John Negaard, Colfax.  The Rev. Fr. Joseph Eisenmann performed the double ring ceremony before an altar adorned with white flowers.

 

The bride, given in marriage by her father, was attired in a waltz-length, all silk white gown accentuated by long, pointed fingertip sleeves.  The scoop neckline was pearl trimmed as was the matching panels in front of the skirt. The shoulder-length veil of pure silk illusion fell from a pearl crown, and she carried an arm bouquet of white roses.

 

Miss Jan Feuerstein was her sister’s maid of honor.  James Chickering of Stevens Point was best man.

 

The bride is a graduate of Neillsville High School, St. Joseph’s School of x-ray technology, and is attending college at Stevens Point. She is a member of Tau Gamma Beta sorority.

 

The groom is a graduate of P. T. Jacobs High School in Stevens Point, attended Drake University in Des Moines, Ia., and Stevens Point State College.  He is a laboratory chemist.

 

On their return from a Canadian wedding trip, they will reside at 1234 Ellis, Stevens Point.

 

Out of town guests here for the wedding were: Mrs. John Negaard, Colfax; Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Johnson, Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Noll, Menomonie; Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Frank and family, Oshkosh; Mrs. Ben Feuerstein and Marian, Marshfield; Julie Oxley, Stevens Point and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Freund, Marshfield.
