Folz, Darlene Rosemarie (Marriage - 3 June 1961)
The United Church of Christ in Neillsville was the scene June 3 of the wedding of Miss Darlene Rosemarie Folz and Wayne Allen Turville. The Rev. Frank B. Harcey performed the double ring ceremony before an altar decked with lilac bouquets and candelabra.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Folz of Marshfield and Mr. and Mrs. Chester Turville, Rt. 3 Neillsville. Mr. Folz gave his daughter in marriage.
The bride was attired in a white floor length dress of Chantilly lace and nylon tulle, trimmed with pearls and sequins. A sequin and pearl studded crown head piece held the nylon net fingertip veil. She carried a bouquet of pink roses and lilies of the valley, entwined with ivy.
Miss Barbara Bauman of Marshfield was maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Mrs. Norman Thompson of Rockford, Ill., a sister of the groom.
The groom was attended by Dale Turville of Ft. Riley, Kans., a brother, as best man; Norman Thompson, Rockford, Ill., as groomsman, and Henry Kurz of Spencer, and Ervin Folz, Jr., Marshfield, as ushers.
The bride is a graduate of the Marshfield High School and had been employed in Marshfield. The groom is employed in Kenosha, where they will reside.
