Schoch, George #2 (28 SEP 1874 - 13 JUL 1955)
Funeral services were conducted for George Schoch at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. J. J. Pfohl officiating. Pallbearers were Julius Nysted, Percy Vincent, Erwin Noeldner, Jessie Raab, Sam Bruckert, and Harry Voss.
Mrs. Romaine Rossow, soloist, sang "Rock of Ages" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus." Mrs. Jerome Will was organist.
Out of town people attending the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schoch, Miss Lilas Schoch, and Will Stewart, Packwaukee; Mrs. William Schultz, Bethel; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schoch and Mrs. Henry Rau and daughters, Marjorie and Norma, Mosinee; Mrs. Ed Gustafson and Mrs. Cliff Geigel, Monroe; Mrs. Hilar Flad, Mr. and Mrs. William Lenling, and Mr. and Mrs. August Lindner, Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hills, Vesper; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hills and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stikl, Milwaukee; Dr. Eldon Hills, Spring Valley; Mrs. Leona Loucks and son, Rockford, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Grodon Coates and family, Marion; Mr. and Mrs. William Domer, Riplinger; Mr. and Mrs. George Otto, Osseo; and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rahn, Curtiss.
Mr. and Mrs. Phil Glazer, Stevens Point, were unable to attend the funeral, but called Mrs. Schoch Sunday.
