Elaine Gosse, Loyal High School senior, was crowned 1955 homecoming queen by football captain, Alan Langfeldt, at the homecoming dance Friday night. She was elected by her classmates and the football team to have this honor, and she chose Eldred Schuette for her escort.
In her court of honor were Caroline Aumann, escorted by Robert Dusso; Virginia Stumpner and Clarence Rogstad; and Sharon Molle with Bill Rottjer. The royal couple were crowned before a large crowd in attendance at the dance, for which music was furnished by Howard Sturtz and his orchestra.
