A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Francis Kipp of Milwaukee, weighing in at eight pounds, five ounces, August 15, in a Milwaukee hospital. She has been named Paula Elenor. Mrs. Kipp is the former Louise Ott, daughter of Mrs. Marie Keller.
