Marsden, Harry (Efficiency Rating - 1961)
Harry Marsden of Humbird, employed with the U. S. Steel Corp. on one of the division ships plying the Great Lakes, has been awarded the highest efficiency rating that can be obtained for his work as an oiler on the Steamer D. G. Kerr. Mr. Marsden has been oiling with the division for the last seven years. His rating was given by George Bruck, first assistant engineer, and approved by Harvey Kangas, chief engineer.
