Ignowski, Josephine (27 SEP 1927)
On Wednesday morning, Sept. 27th, 1927, the marriage of Miss Josephine Ignowski and Mr. Ted Sluzewski, took place at St. Hedwig's Church at 10:00 o'clock, Rev. F. A. Kulig officiating. The bride wore a white beaded georgette dress, the customary white veil and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley. She was attended by three bridesmaids dressed in rainbow colored dresses. The maids carried bouquets of pink roses, white asters and white clematis. The groom was attired in a blue suit, also his three attendants. After the ceremony, a reception was held at the bride's father's home. They will make their future home in Chicago and have the best wishes and good luck from all their friends. Those who attended the wedding from out of town are the following: Vincent Sluzewski of Detroit, Miss Viola Sluzewski and Joe Ignowski of Chicago, F. Kulwiec and son John, Mr. and Mrs. W. Grajek of Lublin and John Lesniewski and family of Owen.
