Hakola, Otto (? - 7 October 1961)
Funeral services were held Wednesday from Bethany Lutheran Church in Withee for Otto Hakola, 69, Reseburg township farmer, bricklayer and plasterer, who died Monday, October 7.
Burial was made in Riverside Cemetery, Withee.
Mr. Hakola, who had lived on the same farm for the last 46 years, came to Clark County after living in Michigan and Minnesota. He was born in Finland and came to this country when he was 16. Mrs. Hakola died six months ago.
Surviving are five sons: Everett of Bloomington, Calif., George of Whitehall, Mont., Arthur of Loyal, Wilfred in the Veterans’ hospital at Madison, and Clifford, on the home farm. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
