Scott, Ernest Stafford (? - 7 November 1961)

Funeral services for Ernest Stafford Scott, 66, were held Friday in Aurora, Ill.  Mr. Scott died November 7 at his home there, following a long illness.  He suffered a stroke last Thanksgiving Day and had been confined to his home since.

Walter Trench Scott, was pastor of the Methodist churches in Neillsville, Pleasant Ridge and Granton from 1919 to 1925.

E. S. Scott was a veteran of World War I and was manager of a large chain mercantile store in Aurora for 30 years.

Burial was made in the Aurora Municipal Cemetery.
