Lindow, George J. (29 April 1890 - November 1961)

 

Funeral services for George J. Lindow were held in Glendale, Ariz., November 8, the Rev. Wyburn Scidmore officiating.

 

He was born in the Town of Fremont April 29, 1890, and was married in Marshfield March 6, 1913, to Alice Erhardt.

 

They spent several years in the Town of Fremont, later moving to Webster, then to Hillsboro, Ore., for a few years.  They moved back to Webster, where Mrs. Lindow died in 1958.  Mr. Lindow had spent the last few years in Glendale, Ariz.

 

Survivors are three sons: Donald of Neillsville, Norman of Ashland, Ore., and Clarence of Hillsboro, Ore., and a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Jeanette) Wiliamson, New Underwood, S. D.; two brothers, Ed Lindow, Chili and Walter of Phoenix, Ariz., two sisters, Mrs. Ed Schlinsog of Chili and Mrs. E. J. Leonhard of Scottsdale, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

 

Burial will be held Saturday, December 2, in Webster.
