Lindow, Raymond C. (28 January 1901 - 24 December 1961)
Funeral services were held Wednesday from Grace Lutheran Church in Nasonville for Raymond C. Lindow, 60, who died early Sunday at his home near Nasonville. Mr. Lindow, a lifelong resident of the Town of Lynn, suffered a heart attack at his home and was pronounced dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville.
The Rev. Phillip Mueller officiated. Burial was made in the church cemetery.
Mr. Lindow was born January 28, 1901, in the Town of Lynn and received his education in the Maple Grove School. On September 13, 1923, he was married to the former Rose Seehafer in Nasonville. They were engaged in farming, and for the past 10 years he was employed in Marshfield.
For many years Mr. Lindow served as treasurer and Sunday school teacher at Grace Lutheran Church, and was treasurer of the Maple Grove School.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Wallace of Chili, and Merlin, Neillsville; a daughter, Mrs. Franklin (June) Gault, Neillsville; 11 grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Meissner of Marshfield, Mrs. Fred Zuehlke of Granton and Mrs. Alfred Anding of Mayville.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton.
