Shelton, Anna (13 MAR 1890 - 17 SEP 1958)
Mrs. Anna Shelton, 68, route 2, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), died at her home early Wednesday morning, Sept. 17th, 1958, of a heart attack.
Funeral services were held at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home, Sept. 20. The Rev. B. J. Holiday officiating and burial was made in the Riverside Cemetery. Paul Lampkins, B. Landrum, Paul Adams, Ben Adams, Leslie Pitts and Buster Landrum served as pallbearers. Mrs. Reasby and Mrs. Landrum were vocalists.
Mrs. George Shelton was born Mar. 13, 1890 in Tennessee and was married to George Shelton in 1913 in a ceremony conducted at Homer, La. They lived there until 1925 when they moved to Milwaukee. In 1943 they moved to their present farm in the town of Hoard.
Surviving her is her husband, one son, Willie, who lives in Flint, Mich., and one granddaughter.
