Aged Clearfield Township Resident expired Saturday--St. Augustine, Oct. 15
Richard Adams, aged 80 years, 5 months and 25 days, died at 8:30 o'clock Saturday evening at his home near St. Augustine in Clearfield Township. Death was due to heart trouble of which he had suffered for several years. He is survived by these children: Mary Croyle of Carrolltown; James of Clearfield Township; George, at home; Herman of Kent, Ohio; and Jennie, of Ohio. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 3 great grand children. The funeral took place at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning. A Mass of Requiem was celebrated in St. Augustine Catholic Church by the pastor, Reverend Father Farren. Burial was in the church cemetery in charge of Undertaker Stevens of Carrolltown.
