Forest Queen Royal Neighbor Camp (Dress-up Party - 1962)
Approximately 45 members of Forest Queen Royal Neighbor Camp and their guests attended a dress-up party at the Legion Hall Monday morning. Mrs. Dale Jolivette, Mrs. Dale Rustad, Mrs. Robert Clintsman and Mrs. Ray Hoffman were judges for prizes to the best dressed couple. Winners were: first Mrs. (blotch) Perkins and Miss Martha (blotch); second, Mrs. Oscar Meinholdt and Mrs. Elmer Schuette; third, Mrs. Lawrence Cox and Mrs. Wilbur Stewart; fourth, Mrs. Eugene Carteron and Mrs. Hugh Severson. Games were in charge of Mrs. Oscar Meinholdt and Mrs. Ray Hoffman.
The program included songs, story telling and group singing. Following the grand march, a potluck dinner was served. Preceding the party a short business meeting was held, with Mrs. Lawrence Cox presiding.
The special auditor, Miss Louise Keiner, gave the semi-annual financial report.
The next regular meeting will be held March 5, with Mrs. Edgar Opdyke, Mrs. William Neuenfeldt and Mrs. Jerome Sowieja as hostesses.
