Hauge, Malene  (24 May 1903 - 22 Feb 1914)

Mallene Hauge, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hauge, died last Sunday morning at their home on 5^th Street, after an illness of but a few days.  She was born in this city on May 24, 1903, and was a little girl of sweet and sunny disposition which made her beloved by all her playmates and friends.  She was a student in the public schools and was held in high esteem by the teachers and pupils and her death is a matter of sincere regret not only to her parents, but to all who knew her, as well.  Deceased is survived by her parents and two brothers.  The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at the home and was conducted by Rev. Brandt.
