Twenty Six Road

 

A birthday party was held in honor of Mrs. Phitmore Pischer of Marshfield at her home on January 14. Those attending were Mrs. Albert Tews, Melvin Tews, Miss Margaret Jacobs, of Wisconsin Rapids, Mr. & Mrs. Gil Elison of Marshfield, Mr. & Mrs. Reinie Karau of Marshfield, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Mundt and Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Mundt all of Chili.

 

Miss Arlene Schaefer & friends that ride on the school bus had a sleigh ride as entertainment for Miss Doreen Luchterhand’s birthday Thursday evening. Lunch was served afterwards.

 

Miss Bonnie Schultz and Mr. & Mrs. Walter Matter visited Tommy at the Madison hospital Sunday afternoon.

 

Mrs. John Mueller and Mrs. Don Mueller visited Mr. & Mrs. Martin Fisher Wednesday.

 

Mr. & Mrs. Henry Kurz and Michael visited Mr. & Mrs. Chester Turville Sunday. Mrs. Turville has been confined to bed due to injuries. Also visiting her were Mrs. Herman Schultz and Jack Counsell. Mrs. Turville is improving.

 

Dinner guests Sunday at the Martin Fisher home were Mr. & Mrs, Everett Smith and Cathy Jean of Humbird.

 

Saturday night Mr. & Mrs. Art Schaefer visited Mrs. Albert Tews. Arlene stayed over night.

 

Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Luchterhand, Mr. & Mrs. William Deuermeyer and Mr. & Mrs. Art Schaefer were guests of Mr. & Mrs. Gerald Luchterhand. The evening was spent visiting and playing cards. Lunch was served.

 

Melvin Tews visited over the weekend with Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Hagedorn and family of Fond du Lac. Art Schaefer did his farm work while he was gone.

 

Dinner guests Sunday at the Delbert Stonikers of Willard were Mr. & Mrs. Art Schaefer and Arlene.

 

Tuesday Mrs, John Mueller and Mrs. Robert Forsyth and children visited with Mr. & Mrs. Blaire Sworthout of Spencer.

 

Veefkind Homemakers will meet Wednesday evening at the Steven’s home.

 

Dinner guests Thursday of Mr. & Mrs. Charles Mueller were Mr. & Mrs, Don Mueller, Mrs. John Mueller and Mr. & Mrs. Robert Forsyth and children. It was the birthday of Mrs. Charles Mueller.

 

A baby girl was born to Mr. & Mrs. Archie Vanderhoof Friday. She was named Dawn. The Vanderhoof’s have three boys and Dawn the first girl. Mrs. Vanderhoof is the daughter of Mr, & Mrs. Ed Nelson. Congratulations to them on the baby girl.
