Washburn Township (15 March 1962)
Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams were Marshfield visitors Thursday and they were supper guests at the Lawrence Vandeberg home.
We experienced another big snowstorm over the weekend again, which has been a usual occurrence the past four or five weekends. Our heaviest snow came Sunday and Sunday night. It was a very heavy wet snow and partly rain, which totals around 10 or 12 inches of new snow.
Leon Kapfer, Janesville, spent Tuesday of last week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Kapfer, and attended the funeral of his aunt, Mrs. Guy Schultz.
