Hutter, Marlene (23 MAY 1959)
Miss Marlene Hutter, daughter of Mrs. Sylvia Kangas of 5 South June Terrace, Lake Forest, Ill., became the bride of Richard Morrow of North Cicago, at a May 23rd, 1959 ceremony in the Calvary Temple. Mr. Morrow is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Morrow of Stephenson, Mich.
The 2:00 o’clock double ring service, performed by the Rev. Maurice Lamb, was followed by a reception at the home of the bride’s cousin, Donald Cascarano.
Given in Marriage by her uncle, Ernest Gelhaus of Madison, the bride selected a ballerina length gown of lace and tulle, the skirt being full and bodice fitted with long tapered sleeves. Her shoulder length veil was held by a pearl crown and she carried an arrangement of pale pink roses.
Miss Janice Morrow was maid of honor for her brother’s bride, wearing a ballerina length dress of blue embossed organdy with a matching crown. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, a shade deeper than the bride’s bouquet.
Edward Hutter, the bride’s brother, served as best man.
Mrs. Morrow is a graduate of the Owen-Withee High School. She and her husband are employees at the Abbott Laboratories in North Chicago.
