Garbisch, Ferdinand (11 MAR - 17 DEC 1917)
Ferdinand Garbisch, a young married man, an employee of the condensary at Neillsville, suicided Wednesday night by drinking turpentine and cutting his throat. He is survived by his wife, their two children and one stepchild. Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Garbisch. His father died years ago and his mother is now Mrs. Tom Donahue of Neillsville Granton News.

Neillsville—Alvin and Edward Garbusch, 8 and 11, were drowned while swimming in O’Neill’s creek (15 Jul 1921). They went into the water without their parents’ knowledge, and ventured out too far. Three small girls drowned in the same place four years ago.
