Hendrickson, Harold C. (23 MAY 1928 - 7 MAY 2011)
AUBURNDALE -- Harold C. Hendrickson, 82, of Auburndale, passed away
peacefully, surrounded by his family Saturday, May 7, 2011, at
Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
As per Harold's wishes, no formal services will be held. The
Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Marshfield is assisting the family
with arrangements.
He was born May 23, 1928, in Greenwood, the son or Clarence and
Jenny (Schwartz) Hendrickson. Harold served in the U.S. Army,
stationed in California. He was united in marriage Nov. 14, 1954,
to Betty Wicke in Wisconsin Rapids. Harold was a proud
over-the-road truck driver for Central Cheese and deBoer Trucking,
retiring in the early 1990s.
He had a great love for his family, especially his grandchildren
and great-grandchildren. Harold also was an avid Packers and
Brewers fan and enjoyed his model railroads.
Harold is lovingly survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty,
Auburndale; three children, Randy Hendrickson, Marshfield, Sandra
Smazal (Dennis Clark), Arpin, Alan (Kathy) Hendrickson, Marshfield;
eight grandchildren, Brian (Jenny) Hendrickson, Jordan Hendrickson,
Jason Smazal (Jenny Nowak), Amanda (Steve) Blaskowski, Jennie
(Jason) Majkazak, David Hendrickson, April Hendrickson and Tina
(David) Pue; 10 great-grandchildren, Hoyt, Faith, Gage, Aiden,
Riley, Dylan, Makayla, Patience, Parker and Trinity.
He is further survived by two sisters and four brothers, Debbie
(Duane) Kurtz, Winter, Maridean (Myron) Federwitz, Milladore,
Donald (Ardith) Hendrickson, Marshfield, Fred (Karleen)
Hendrickson, Milwaukee, Gary (Volley) Hendrickson, Spencer, and
Bill (Linda) Hendrickson, Marshfield.
Besides his parents, Clarence and Jenny, he was preceded in death
by his brother, Gerald Hendrickson.
