Beilfuss, Helen #2 (16 JUN 1914 - 1 MAY 1960)
At 2:00 Wednesday afternoon funeral services were held at Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.) for Mrs. Bruce F. Beilfuss, wife of Circuit Judge Bruce Beilfuss. She was found dead outside her home Sunday morning with a self-inflicted bullet wound in her head.
Rev. R.P. Huss of Black River Falls officiated at the services conducted for the 45-year-old woman who had been suffering from poor health during the past year. Services were conducted from Calvary Lutheran Church with burial being made at Neillsville.
The former Helen Hendrickson, Mrs. Beilfuss was born June 16, 1914, in Springfield, Wis. She attended school in Black River Falls and was graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Nursing. She was employed at the University Hospital in Madison and Columbia Hospital in Milwaukee before her marriage to Judge Beilfuss in Madison.
She is survived by her husband; one son, Mark, at home; five brothers and three sisters; her step-mother, Mrs. George Detinger, Black River Falls; two step-brothers and a step-sister.
