Humbird, Wisconsin

 

Miss Madge Flynn, student at the Minneapolis Business College, who visited the home folks during the Christmas recess, returned to Minneapolis Saturday.

 

Miss Anne Baumgartner, teacher at Sturgeon Bay, was among the holiday visitors with the home folks.

 

Geo. Dimmitt came from Milwaukee for an over Sunday stay with his wife and parents.

 

Earl DeLong and family of Two Rivers, spent the last of the week and first of this with his mother and sister, Mrs. John Burchell, and also with his wife’s people east of town.  They returned to their home at Two Rivers Wednesday.

 

Misses Lala and Fern Fristad of Eau Claire spent part of the week with their grandmother, Mrs. A. Brandstedter.

 

Mrs. C. D. Fowler and Miss Alice returned Monday evening from their visit with Mrs. D.O. Fowler and daughters in Minneapolis.

 

Among relatives and friends who came Sunday to attend the funeral of Mr. Barkley were Mrs. Tina Jankowsky and Wm., Mr. and Mrs. George Jankowsky, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jankowsky, Merrill; Mrs. A. Jankowsky, Minocqua; Mrs. Wm. Young, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Gower, Granton; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lubinski, Mrs. Clark Birch, Mrs. Lewis Hobbs, Fairchild; Mr. and Mrs. G.N. Crandell, B.R. Falls; T.F. Wheaton, Alma Center; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Lambert and two children, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Zelmer and family, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Zelmer and family, Henry Zelmer, Bert Schumacher, Ada Austin, Augusta.
