The following students have started the new year by obtaining a 90 or above average for the first six weeks of school: Dixie Theiler - 95; Betty Theiler - 93 ¼; Bernice Kubaski 98 ¾; Marjorie Hardwick - 92 ½; Anita Scheffer - 92 ½; Jean Flynn 91 ¼; Ruth Kelsh - 90; and Phylis Smith - 90.

Those having perfect attendance for the six weeks period are: Lorraine, Zerbel, Alvina Linder, Bernice Kubaski, Barbara Johnson, Ruth Kelsh, Wallace Martin, Bernice Staves, Edna Fitzmaurice, Jean Flynn, Muriel Harris, Minnie Hedding, Esther Laffe, Dixie Theiler, and Reta Walker.

Miss Duge and Mrs. Gort have just completed redecorating the furniture in their rooms.  The chairs, desks, tables, etc., are now resplendent in a new coat of ivory paint.
