Kuberra, Wilda (9 FEB 1942)
Miss Wilda Kuberra, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kuberra of this village (Humbird, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Dennis Potvin of St. Paul, Minn., were marriage at Wilmington, Ill., Monday, Feb. 9, 1942. The bride wore a pretty dress of slipper satin with a fingertip veil. Attendants were Miss Velva Escher and Mr. Virgil Gregory. The newly wedded couple will make their home in Sioux City, Iowa. A shower for the bride was held at the Kuberra home Tuesday evening, attended by friends from Fairchild and locally, and numerous nice gifts were received. A wedding dance will be held at the town hall this Saturday evening.
