Norman, Beulah (12 March 1887 - 24 March 1962)
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral Home for Mrs. Beulah Norman, 75, Neillsville, who died Saturday. She had been a hospital patient for several weeks. The Rev. Frank B. Harcey of the United Church of Christ officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Norman was born March 12, 1887, in Plattsburg, Mo., and was the daughter of Joseph and Laura (Transue) McCrorey. She received her education in Missouri and was a rural school teacher. On July 19, 1908, she was married to the late Ward Norman in St. Joseph, Mo. They lived in South Dakota before coming in 1920 to Clark County, where they located on a farm in the Town of Weston. She had been employed by the Tibbett Ice and Fuel Company in Neillsville for many years.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur Norman of Neillsville, and Edward Norman of Santa Ana, Calif.; a brother, Basil McCrorey, Hixton; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Herman Moen, Herman Dahnert, Fred Mohr, Carl Hoffman, Robert Smukal and George Tibbett.
"Beyond the Sunset" and "Under his Wings" were sung by Ellis Wall, accompanied by Mrs. Jess Scott.
